• Anatomy and Physiology – Provides essential understanding of human body structure and function, critical for recognizing health and disease conditions. (Marks: 100 = 20 + 80)
• Biochemistry & Microbiology – Introduces biochemical processes and basic microbiology, including the role of microbes in health and pharmaceuticals. (Marks: 100 = 50 + 50)
• Pharmacognosy – Focuses on the identification, sources, and uses of medicinal plants and natural drug substances. (Marks: 100)
• Pharmaceutics-I – Covers the basics of pharmaceutical formulation, physical pharmacy, and dispensing techniques. (Marks: 100)

Practical sessions complement theory by providing hands-on training in anatomy, physiology, microbiology, drug identification, and compounding techniques.
